+- **The standalone build is now a single file.** `Curator.spec` produces one
+  self-contained `dist/Curator` executable (onefile) instead of a
+  `dist/Curator/` folder of libraries. It unpacks to a temp folder on every
+  start, so launching takes a few seconds longer.
